Will AI agents replace my team?

What happens when the agent gets it wrong?

It is built to recognize doubt. Low-confidence cases go to a person, sensitive actions wait for approval, and every step is logged, so you can always see why it did what it did.

Is our data used to train AI models?

We only use business terms that exclude training on your data, or models hosted in Europe or on your own servers. You choose, and it is written in the contract.

Do you work with the tools we already have?

Yes, and that is most of the job: your ERP, CRM, inbox, shared drives and ticketing tool. When a tool has no connection, we build one.
