An AI SDR that researches every lead before your reps call.
We build a sales agent inside your CRM that looks up each new lead, checks it against your ideal customer profile, drafts a first message in your voice and writes a one-page brief before every meeting. Your reps approve what goes out, and every conversation stays theirs.

What an AI SDR does, and what it never does
An AI SDR is an agent that handles the groundwork of a sales development rep. It researches a lead from public sources and your CRM, scores it against your criteria, drafts a personal first message and the follow-ups, and proposes a meeting slot. The rep reads, edits and sends. The agent never invents a fact about a prospect, and never writes to someone your rules exclude.
Research is what eats a rep’s week: the company’s size, what it sells, who signs, what changed recently, whether someone on your team already spoke to them two years ago. The agent gathers it from the company website, public registries, your CRM history and your own notes, and shows where each fact comes from.
It works inside your CRM. Leads from the website, a trade show list or an inbound form get the same treatment, the brief lands on the contact record and every draft waits in the rep’s queue. You set the tone, the exclusions and how many messages a sequence may hold.
Where your reps’ hours go today
- Reps spend more time preparing meetings than holding them.
- Inbound leads wait until someone finds time to qualify them.
- The CRM is half empty, because logging calls always comes last.
- Every first email reads the same, and prospects notice.
- The answer to this tender was written last year, somewhere on a shared drive.
What the agent takes off your reps’ desks
Pick the step that slows your pipeline most. Each of these runs on your CRM and your own sales material.
01
Inbound lead qualification
Each form or email lead is enriched as it arrives, matched to your ideal customer profile and routed to the right rep, with the reasons behind its score.
AI agents02
Account research and meeting briefs
Before each meeting the rep gets one page: what the company does, who attends, past exchanges, open deals and questions worth asking, each fact with its source.
AI integration03
First messages and follow-ups
Drafts written from the research and your best past emails, in your tone, queued for approval. Follow-ups stop the moment the prospect replies or asks to be left alone.
AI automation04
A CRM kept up to date
Call notes and emails summarized onto the contact record, next steps created as tasks, duplicates flagged. Your pipeline review finally reflects the week.
Custom CRM05
Tender and questionnaire answers
The assistant finds what your team already wrote in past proposals and security questionnaires, and drafts the new answer with its source.

What an AI SDR changes at each step of prospecting
Each step your reps run by hand today, next to what the agent prepares and the person who keeps the final word.
| Prospecting step | Today, by hand | With the AI SDR | Final word |
|---|---|---|---|
| New inbound lead | Waits in a shared inbox until someone has time to look | Enriched on arrival, scored against your ideal customer profile and routed with the reasons | The rep who takes it, or the routing rule you wrote |
| Account research | A row of browser tabs the night before the call | A one-page brief on the CRM record, each fact with its source | The rep, who reads and completes it |
| First message | A template with the first name changed | A draft built from the research and your best past emails, in your tone | The rep, who edits and sends it |
| Follow-ups | Sent when someone remembers, sometimes after the prospect said no | Scheduled in the sequence and stopped at the first reply or opt-out | You, through the sequence rules |
| Meeting preparation | Notes searched across emails and the CRM | Attendees, past exchanges, open deals and questions worth asking, on one page | The rep |
| CRM update | Done last, when it gets done | Call notes and emails summarized on the record, next steps created as tasks | The rep, who corrects the summary when needed |
| Opt-out request | Noted by one rep, unknown to the others | Written to the CRM, where it blocks every future sequence | Nobody needs to remember: the rule applies to every rep and every tool |
Illustrative scenario
An equipment supplier’s sales team, briefed before every visit
In this scenario, Hugo leads three field reps at an industrial equipment supplier. Leads come from the website, trade shows and distributors, and each rep researches his own leads at night before calling them.
Fictional names, no figures claimed. The gain depends on your lead volume and your process, which is what the free assessment measures.
- Each new lead is enriched from the company website and public registries, sources attached.
- Leads outside the target profile are flagged with the reason, and kept for Hugo to review.
- A first email is drafted for each lead and waits in the rep’s queue.
- Before each visit, a one-page brief lands on the CRM record.
- Opt-out requests are recorded and stop every sequence at once.
Prospecting within the rules
- B2B email, the European way.In France, the CNIL accepts email prospecting of professionals without prior consent when the message relates to their job, they were told their address could be used for it and they can object simply. Each message names the sender and offers an easy way out.
- Facts you can show.Every fact in a brief comes with its source. The agent does not scrape networks against their terms of use, and it does not guess personal email addresses.
- Opt-outs honored everywhere. An objection is written to the CRM and blocks every future sequence, whichever rep or tool would have sent it.
- A person sends, or sets the rule.Drafts go out after a rep’s click, or automatically for a segment you defined in advance, with the rules you wrote for it.
Sales and prospecting: your questions
Are we allowed to email these contacts?
In B2B within the EU, generally yes when the message concerns the person’s job, they were informed and they can object; rules for private individuals are stricter. During scoping we check where your contacts come from and how opt-outs are handled, and the agent applies the result on every send.
What stays with our reps?
The conversations, the judgment on each account and the final word on every message. The agent researches, drafts and logs; the rep decides and talks to the prospect. Each rep sees the drafts in their own queue and edits them freely.
Which CRMs does it work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and most CRMs with an API, as well as an in-house CRM. If your CRM no longer fits the way you sell, we can also build one around your process.
Will prospects know an AI wrote the email?
The rep approves and signs each message, and you decide how to disclose the use of AI. When the agent talks to a prospect directly, in a chat for instance, it says it is an AI, as the EU AI Act requires.
How soon can it work on our leads?
A first agent usually goes live in four to eight weeks, tested on your past leads before it touches new ones. Scope and price are fixed before we start. You see its drafts on real leads before anything is sent.
