AI for real estate that answers the Saturday night lead.
We build agents that reply to portal, website and phone inquiries at any hour, using only the facts in your listing file. They ask the questions you would ask, offer visit slots from your calendar and log everything in your CRM. Your agents start the week with qualified buyers instead of a pile of unanswered messages.

What AI for real estate agents does today
AI for real estate agents handles the work around each listing: first replies to portal inquiries, buyer qualification, visit scheduling and reminders, listing drafts that carry the mandatory details. It answers from your listing file and your fee schedule only, hands price, offers and negotiation to a licensed agent, and logs every exchange in your CRM.
Buyers write in the evening and on weekends, when the office is closed. The one who gets a precise reply first often books the visit. An agent that answers within the facts you gave it keeps that lead warm until a person calls.
It also takes the repetitive part of the listing: the description drafted from the mandate and the diagnostics, the same questions answered for each visitor, the reminder the day before the visit. Your agents keep the viewings, the negotiation and the relationship.
What agents say on Monday morning
- Portal inquiries arrive in the evening and on weekends, and we call back on Monday.
- Most first messages ask what the listing already says.
- We book visits with people who never had the budget.
- Every listing gets rewritten by hand for each portal.
- After-hours calls go to voicemail, and some never call back.
Where an agency puts AI to work first
Four tasks around each listing, each one plugged into your CRM and your calendar.
01
Portal and website inquiries answered
Each inquiry gets a reply drawn from the listing file: price as published, fees, energy rating, availability. What the file does not say goes to a person.
AI chatbots02
Buyers qualified, visits booked
The agent asks about budget, financing and timing, then offers slots from the listing agent’s calendar and sends the reminder the day before.
AI agents03
Calls answered after hours
A voice agent picks up when the office is closed, answers on the listing, takes the details and books a callback. It says it is an AI from the first sentence.
Voice AI agents04
Listings drafted from the mandate
A first draft of the description is prepared from the mandate, the floor plan notes and the diagnostics, with the mandatory mentions in place, for the agent to edit.
AI integration
AI for real estate: what the agent answers, and what it leaves to you
Buyers ask the same questions on every listing, often late at night. How the agent answers each one, and the line it never crosses.
| The buyer asks | The agent answers with | It never |
|---|---|---|
| “Is it still available?” | The listing status in your CRM | Says a home is unavailable when it is not |
| “What are the fees and charges?” | The figures exactly as the listing file states them | Works out a discount or a figure of its own |
| “What is the energy rating?” | The rating from the reports in the listing file | Guesses a rating the file does not hold |
| “Is the neighborhood right for us?” | Facts from the listing file: transport, schools and shops nearby | Describes who lives there, or steers anyone toward or away from a home |
| “Can I visit on Saturday?” | Slots from the listing agent’s calendar, and a reminder the day before | Books a visit outside the slots you opened |
| “Would the seller take a lower offer?” | A callback from the agent in charge of the listing | Negotiates, accepts or hints at a price |
Illustrative scenario
Julie finds three qualified buyers in her CRM on Monday
A residential agency, a new listing published on Friday, and inquiries arriving all weekend while the office is closed. This scenario shows what the agent does between Friday night and Monday, and what it leaves to Julie. It describes no real agency.
Our live demos show how an agent answers only from the documents it was given, and cites them.
- A buyer writes through a portal on Saturday evening; the agent replies from the listing file.
- It answers on the energy rating, the fees and the charges exactly as the file states them.
- It asks about financing and timing, and offers two visit slots from Julie’s calendar.
- A question about lowering the price gets one answer: Julie will call on Monday.
- On Monday, Julie finds each lead in the CRM with the conversation, the answers and the booked visits.
What the agent may say, and to whom
- Fair housing applies to every automated reply. In the United States, the Fair Housing Act bars any statement that indicates a preference based on a protected characteristic, and any false claim that a home is unavailable. The agent answers on the property, the same way for everyone, and never steers.
- AI voice calls need consent.Since the FCC’s ruling of February 8, 2024, AI-generated voices count as artificial under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so outbound AI calls need prior express consent. Our voice agents answer the calls people make to you.
- People know they are talking to an AI.In the EU, Article 50 of the AI Act requires that people be told when they interact with an AI system, unless it is obvious. The agent says so in its first message, and hands over to a person on request.
- Price and offers stay with a licensed agent. The agent never negotiates, never accepts an offer and never promises what the listing file does not state. Anything beyond the file goes to your team, with the full conversation attached.
Real estate: your questions
Will it answer at 9 p.m. without promising what we don’t have?
Yes. It answers only from the listing file and your fee schedule, and anything else, such as a price question, a condition or an exception, goes to a person with the conversation attached.
Does it work with our CRM and the portals?
We connect it to your CRM, your calendar and the email or API feeds of the portals you publish on. When a tool has no connection, we build one. Every exchange lands on the buyer’s record.
Can it replace a phone receptionist?
A voice agent can take after-hours and overflow calls, answer on listings and book callbacks. The calls that need a person are passed on, and every call is logged. It says it is an AI from its first sentence.
Where is buyer data stored?
On hosting in Europe or on your servers, as written in the contract. The agent keeps what your CRM needs and nothing more, and nothing is used to train anyone’s model.
How long does it take to set up?
A first agent usually runs in four to eight weeks, on a scope and a price fixed before we start. The free 30-minute assessment shows which inquiries to hand over first.
