A chatbot for business that answers like your best people.
Every morning, your team types the same reply to the same question it answered yesterday. We build AI chatbots that answer your customers and your teams from your own content, show where each answer comes from, and hand the conversation to a person the moment it matters.

Nadia K., customer
Hi, the water heater I bought in March shows error E4 and there is no hot water. Is it still under warranty? Can someone come this week?
- 07:40:01Read the message. Error code E4, a warranty question, a visit request.
- 07:40:02Searched the product manual. E4 means low water pressure. Reset steps on page 12.
- 07:40:03Found the order from March. Order 30418, still under warranty.
- 07:40:05Answered with the source and sent the reset steps, with a link to the manual page.
- 07:40:06Prepared a technician visit with a summary, the error code and three open slots.
Visit booking: waiting for a person. The chatbot answers from your content, and hands over the rest.
What is an AI chatbot for business?
An AI chatbot for business is a conversational assistant that answers customers or employees in plain language, using your own content: help pages, manuals, terms, product data, orders. Unlike a rule-based FAQ bot, it understands questions phrased any way, shows where its answer comes from, and hands the conversation to a person when a question goes beyond what it knows.
The chatbots most people have met are decision trees: a menu, a few keywords, and a loop back to the start as soon as the question does not fit. They save little time and cost a lot of patience. An AI chatbot reads the question the way a person would, finds the passage in your content that answers it, and replies in the customer’s own words.
For a business, safety comes from the limits we set. On a warranty or a refund, it answers only from your terms. It never promises a date it cannot check in your system. When a question goes beyond its sources, it tells the customer and passes the conversation to your team with a summary, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
The questions your team will stop answering twice.
Look at last month’s tickets and count how many fall into one of these six. That count tells you where to start.

AI chatbot, FAQ bot or live chat: what fits your customers?
You can combine two of them: the AI chatbot for frequent questions, your team on live chat for the sensitive cases.

|---|---|---|---|
| Understands questions phrased any way | Yes | Only the phrasings it was given | Yes, a person reads them |
| Where answers come from | Your content, with the source shown | Scripts someone wrote and must maintain | What your team knows |
| Available | Around the clock | Around the clock | During opening hours |
| Acts in your systems (orders, bookings, tickets) | Yes, through connections | Rarely | By hand |
| When it does not know | Says so and hands over with a summary | Loops back to the menu | Asks a colleague |
| Keeping it up to date | Update the content, it follows | Rewrite the scenarios | Brief the team |
| Best for | Frequent questions with many variations | A handful of fixed questions | Complex or sensitive cases |

Connect your content
Help pages, manuals, terms, catalog and, where needed, your order or booking system, with read-only access by default.
Weeks 3 to 4
Test on real questions
We replay a set of your past questions, check each answer against its source and close the gaps before launch.
Week 5
Go live, then improve
It opens on one page or one channel first. Each week you see what it answered, what it handed over, and what to add.
How a chatbot project is priced.
A chatbot that answers from a few help pages and one that books visits in your ERP are two different projects. The list below is what we look at to size yours. You get the scope and a fixed price in writing after the first week.
Read the AI agent cost guide, with market ranges- 01How much content it answers from, and how well that content is kept.
- 02Whether it only answers, or also acts: orders, bookings, tickets.
- 03The channels: your website, your customer area, Teams or Slack.
- 04How many languages it has to handle.
- 05Where it runs, and how long conversations are kept.
AI chatbots: the questions buyers ask us
How is this different from a chatbot builder we could buy?
Builders work well for a few scripted questions. We build the chatbot around your own content and systems: it understands questions phrased any way, shows its source, acts where it needs to and follows your hand-over rules. The configuration and the content remain yours.
What stops the chatbot from making things up?
It only answers from the sources you approved, shows where each answer comes from, and is tested on your past questions before launch. When the answer is not in your content, it says so and offers a person.
Can it hand the conversation over to a person?
Yes, and that is part of the design. You decide the triggers: a topic, an unhappy customer, a request above a threshold. The person receives the whole conversation and a summary, so the customer never has to explain twice.
Where are conversations stored, and for how long?
Where you choose: EU hosting, your own cloud or your servers. We agree the retention period with you, keep personal data to what the conversation needs, and document the data flows for your DPO.
How long before our chatbot is live?
A chatbot on a well-bounded set of questions usually goes live in four to eight weeks, depending on your content and the systems it connects to. The first week always ends with a written scope and date.
Who keeps it up to date?
Your team, without code. When a policy or a product changes, you update the content and the chatbot follows. Each week you also see the questions it could not answer, which tells you exactly what to add next.
