A Zapier agency that brings your flows back under control.

Your team built dozens of Zaps and Make scenarios over the years, and now nobody is sure what each one does. We list them, fix the ones that carry customers, orders and money, add an alert to every failure and write down how each flow works. Your accounts stay yours, and so do the flows.

Error alert

Scenario “Web orders to ERP”

Step 4 (ERP: create order) returned 401 Unauthorized. 14 orders received since 01:52 are waiting.

  1. 02:14:01Caught the error on the error route. Run stopped before any partial write.
  2. 02:14:02Checked the cause. The ERP access token expired at 01:50.
  3. 02:14:03Parked the 14 orders. Kept in sequence, none lost, none duplicated.
  4. 02:14:05Alerted the on-call person with the runbook step: reconnect the ERP account.
  5. 02:14:06Prepared the replay of the 14 orders, ready once access is back.

Waiting for the on-call person. Nothing is replayed until someone has reconnected the account and approved the replay.

Illustration with fictional data: a failing scenario caught and parked instead of failing in silence.

What we do with your Zaps and scenarios.

Five kinds of work we take on for teams already running Zapier or Make. These examples describe kinds of work and name no client.

  • Inventory and audit

BeforeNobody knows how many Zaps or scenarios run, who built them or what they touch.

AfterA list of every flow with its owner, apps, volume, failures and cost, and a verdict on what to keep, fix or remove.

  • Error handling

BeforeA flow fails at night, and the team finds out when a customer complains.

AfterEach flow has an error path, a named owner and an alert with the failed item, and nothing is left half-written.

  • Cost control

BeforeThe task or credit bill follows the volume, and nobody saw it coming.

AfterFilters placed early, duplicate steps removed, and a forecast of the bill when volume doubles.

  • Documentation and handover

BeforeThe person who built the flows has left, and the rest of the team is afraid to touch them.

AfterEach flow is named, described and linked to a runbook your team can follow on its own.

  • Migration where it pays off

BeforeA few heavy flows cost more each month than all the others combined.

AfterThose flows are rebuilt in n8n or in code, run side by side with the old ones, then switched over once the results match.

Make or Zapier: what really differs for your company?

What does a Zapier agency do?

A Zapier agency builds, audits and maintains automations on Zapier, and often on Make as well: the Zaps and scenarios that move data between your apps. The part that matters comes after the build: error handling, alerts, naming, documentation and a clear owner for each flow, so your automations keep working after the person who built them has moved on.

Zapier and Make are quick to start with, which is why many companies end up with dozens of flows built by different people over several years. The trouble comes later. A Zap stops on an expired connection, a scenario processes half a batch, the bill climbs with volume, and nobody remembers what each flow does.

We work with both tools as they are. We fix and document what you have, build new flows where these tools fit, and tell you plainly when a flow would be cheaper or safer elsewhere, in n8n or in code. A move is never automatic: it has to pay for itself.

Flows your team can take over.

Security and data
  • Your accounts, your flows.

We work in your Zapier or Make account with a role that fits the job, and you can remove our access at any time.

  • Changes tested before production.

Each fix is tried on a copy or a draft first, then switched on with your team watching.

  • An alert on every failure.

The failed item, the cause and the next step reach a named person, who can replay the run once it is fixed.

  • Straight advice on the tool.

We recommend moving a flow only when your own figures show it costs less or fails less elsewhere.

  • Your data rules respected.

When data must stay in the EU, we use Make’s EU data center or n8n on your servers, and say so in writing.

From a tangle of flows to flows you can trust.

  1. Week 1

    Inventory

We list every Zap and scenario with its owner, apps, volume, failures and cost. You get the inventory, our recommendations and a fixed price.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    Fix what matters most

The flows that carry customers, orders or money get error paths, alerts and documentation first.

  3. Week 4

    Clean up and hand over

Duplicates are merged, dead flows switched off, and your team walks through the runbooks with us.

  4. Afterwards, if you wish

    Maintain

We watch the alerts and the app changes and fix what breaks, or your team does it with the documentation.

What the work on your Make or Zapier flows costs.

The inventory sets the scope, and you receive a fixed price in writing before any fix. Your Zapier or Make subscription stays billed to you by the vendor.

Make and Zapier: the questions buyers ask us

Should we move from Zapier to Make or n8n?

Only if the figures say so. A move takes time and carries risk, so we compare your current bill and failures with what the same flows would cost elsewhere. Often the answer is to fix most flows where they are and move only the few heaviest ones.

Can you work in our existing Zapier or Make account?

Yes, that is where we start. You give us access with a role that fits the work, we change nothing without testing it first, and you can remove our access at any moment. Every change is recorded in the documentation.

Why do our Zaps fail without anyone noticing?

Usually because an app connection expired or an app changed, and the error only reached the account owner’s mailbox. We add an error path to each flow, send the alert to a named person and make sure failed items can be replayed.

Where does Zapier store our data?

Zapier’s data privacy page says it does not offer EU-only storage, and that EU customers can transfer personal data to it under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognized in July 2023 and under which Zapier is certified. When an internal rule requires EU-only storage, Make’s EU data center or n8n on your servers covers that case.

Why did our Make bill go up?

Make bills in credits, and most module actions use one each time they run, including the step that reads the incoming data. A scenario that polls often or loops over many items uses credits fast. Filters placed early and fewer polling runs are the first things we check.

Do you build new Zaps and scenarios too?

Yes, when Zapier or Make is the right tool for the job: many apps, moderate volume, a team that wants to see the flow visually. Each new flow comes with the same error path, documentation and owner as the ones we repair.
