Privacy policy

What we collect, why, for how long, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

COEUR DU WEB (brand E-Solutions Web), 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, RCS Paris 850 520 941. Contact for any privacy question: [email protected].

What the project form collects

Purpose: to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

  • The fields you fill in: work email, company, company size, timeframe and message.
  • The context of your request: the page you sent it from, the button that led you there and the previous page, to route your request to the right person.

03

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted three years after our last exchange. Requests that lead to a contract are kept for the duration of the business relationship and the legal retention periods that follow.

04

Who receives it

Only the COEUR DU WEB team handling your request, and our hosting provider for the storage of the site and its forms. Your data is never sold or rented.

05

The live demos

What you type in a demo is sent to a language model provider, Mistral AI (France), to produce the answer, and is not stored by us. Answers to the suggested examples are kept for 30 days so they can be shown again without a new call; they contain nothing you typed. To prevent abuse, we keep daily counters linked to an anonymous identifier derived from your connection; it changes every day and is deleted after two days.

Before a demo runs, Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) checks that a person, not a script, is using it. Its script loads only when you start using a demo, and it is used for security only, not for advertising or analytics. This check is necessary to protect the service (legitimate interest), so it does not depend on the analytics consent below.

06

Cookies and browser storage

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) measures visits and sets cookies; the IP address is anonymized, and nothing is loaded before your consent. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage for 13 months at most. The site also uses your browser’s session storage to keep a form draft or a demo conversation while you browse; it stays in your browser.

07

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to its use or ask for its restriction by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
