An n8n agency that installs n8n in your company’s name.

n8n is the workflow engine from Berlin that you can run on your own servers. We install it in your company’s name, build the workflows and AI agents your processes need, and set up the alerts, backups and documentation that keep them going when an API changes.

What does an n8n agency do?

An n8n agency sets up n8n, the workflow automation tool developed in Berlin, and builds the workflows that connect your software: CRM, ERP, email, databases and AI models. It chooses between n8n Cloud and self-hosting, secures credentials, adds error handling and monitoring, and maintains the workflows as APIs and versions change. You own the instance and everything built on it.

n8n sits between no-code tools and plain code. Workflows are drawn as connected nodes, and any node can run JavaScript or Python or call an API directly, so the tool rarely becomes the limit. It also has AI agent nodes, which let a workflow hand a messy step to a language model and take back a structured answer.

For a European company, the main difference is where it runs. The self-hosted Community Edition lives on your own infrastructure, so your data never has to pass through a vendor, and n8n Cloud stores data in Frankfurt. Billing counts complete workflow runs instead of individual steps, which keeps long workflows affordable as volume grows.

Your n8n setup, from the first call to production.

  1. Week 1

    Choose where it runs

Cloud or self-hosted, which server, who gets access, how credentials are stored. You get the architecture on one page and a fixed price.

  2. Week 2

    Install and secure

n8n goes into your account with backups, an update routine and an error workflow that reports every failure.

  3. Weeks 3 to 5

    Build the workflows

Workflows are built on test data, reviewed with your team, then switched to production one at a time.

  4. After launch

    Maintain or hand over

Monitoring, version updates and fixes when an API changes, or a handover to your team with training.

What your n8n will take off your team’s plate.

Typical n8n workflows for companies, each delivered with its error path and its documentation. These examples describe kinds of work and name no client.

  • CRM and ERP in sync

BeforeCustomer data differs between the CRM, the ERP and the billing tool.

AfterChanges flow in one direction, with an owner for each field and a log of every update.

  • An AI agent inside a workflow

BeforeEmails and attachments wait for someone to read, sort and forward them.

AfterAn AI agent node reads each message, extracts what matters and hands a structured result to the next step, with doubtful cases sent to a person.

  • Events from your tools

BeforeAn event in one tool means a manual copy into three others.

AfterA webhook starts the workflow the moment the event happens, and all three tools are updated together.

  • Scheduled jobs

BeforeNightly exports and imports run from someone’s laptop.

AfterScheduled workflows run on the server, retry on failure and report when something looks wrong.

  • Moving off Zapier or Make

BeforeDozens of Zaps or scenarios, a growing bill, and nobody sure what each one does.

AfterEach flow is inventoried, rebuilt in n8n where it pays off and documented. The old one is switched off only once the new one has proved itself.

  • Small internal tools

BeforeTeams ask IT for small tools that never make it to the top of the list.

AfterA form or a chat in front of an n8n workflow gives them the tool, with access limited to your staff.

An n8n instance you can rely on.

Security and data
  • In your company’s name.

The server or the cloud account, the workflows and the credentials belong to you, and the instance serves your company alone.

  • Credentials kept out of the workflows.

API keys live in n8n’s encrypted credential store, or in an external secret store on the Enterprise plan, never in a node’s settings.

  • Every failure reported.

An error workflow sends each failed run to a named person, with the data needed to replay it.

  • Updates tested first.

New n8n versions are tried on a copy of your instance before production is upgraded.

  • Documented for whoever comes next.

Each workflow has a description, an owner and a runbook, so your team can take over at any time.

n8n agency: the questions buyers ask us

Can you host n8n for us?

We install it on your servers or in an instance dedicated to your company, in a cloud account in your name, in Europe if you wish, and we can operate it for you. We never put you on a shared platform. When your use needs a paid n8n license, such as the Business or Enterprise plan or a commercial agreement with n8n, we take it and the quote includes it.

Is n8n free?

The self-hosted Community Edition is free under n8n’s Sustainable Use License, for your own internal business use. n8n’s license FAQ also lets a provider install and maintain it on your own infrastructure. You still pay for the server and its upkeep. n8n Cloud and the paid self-hosted plans are subscriptions priced by the number of workflow executions per month.

Why choose n8n over Zapier?

n8n counts a whole workflow run as one execution, whatever the number of steps, and can run on your own servers. Zapier counts each successful action as a task and connects more apps out of the box. For long workflows or strict data rules, n8n is often the better fit.

Can n8n run AI agents?

Yes. n8n has AI agent nodes that call a language model, use tools and pass structured results to the next steps. We add the checks around them: a confidence threshold, a human approval before any action that carries risk, and a log of what the agent did.

We already have n8n workflows. Can you take them over?

Yes. We audit the instance first: version, credentials, workflows without error handling, workflows nobody owns. You receive a short written report on what to fix, what to rebuild and what to switch off, with a fixed price for the work.

Will our team be able to change the workflows?

If you want it to. We document each workflow and can train the people who will maintain them. Our n8n training runs on your own instance and your own processes, so what they learn applies the next day.

What shapes the price of an n8n project.

You receive a fixed price in writing before we start. When your use calls for a paid n8n plan or license, the quote includes it, at n8n’s public rates.
