AI training for employees who leave with an agent of their own.
A generic AI course rarely changes how people work once they are back at their desks. Here your people spend the sessions on their own emails, files and procedures, learn to supervise the agents we deliver and to spot a wrong answer, then build the next agent themselves. Each team leaves with a first agent running on its real work.

- The people who do the work, and those who manage it
- You leave with
- A first agent per team, and the method to build the next
What your team can do differently on Monday morning.
Six skills we build in the room, each one on a task your people actually do. You choose the ones that fit your teams.
Work alongside a delivered agent
BeforeA new agent arrives and nobody knows what to trust, or what to check.
AfterThe team knows which cases the agent handles alone, when it asks, and how to correct it.
Write instructions that hold
BeforePeople type a vague question, get a vague answer and give up on AI.
AfterThey give context, rules and an example, and get output they can actually use.
Check before trusting
BeforeAnswers are copied as they are, or rejected out of fear.
AfterEveryone knows how to spot a wrong answer, go back to the source and flag it.
Build a first agent on a real task
BeforeIdeas for automation stay in meetings and never reach the work.
AfterEach team leaves with a working agent on one of its own tasks, in tools you already approved.
Handle data the right way
BeforeNobody is sure what may be pasted into an AI tool, so some paste everything.
AfterClear rules on personal and confidential data, in line with GDPR and your own policy.
Measure what it changes
BeforeAI use spreads out of sight, and nobody knows what it brings.
AfterTeams note the time a task takes before and after, and pick the next one on facts.
Two sessions on your tasks, then a follow-up.
Before
We look at your work
A short call with each team lead to list the tasks that will be the training material. We bring no generic exercises.
Session 1
Understand and use
Where an agent helps and where it fails, and how to check the output of the agents already in place.
Session 2
Build on a real task
Each team builds a first agent on one of its own tasks, with us beside them, and tests it on real cases.
Weeks after
Follow-up
We review what is running, unblock what has stalled, and help each team choose its next agent.
What should AI training for employees cover?
Good AI training for employees teaches people to get real work done with AI, on their own tasks. They learn to write clear instructions, check an answer against its source, keep sensitive data out, supervise the agents already in place and build simple ones. The test comes the following week, when you look at what each team now does differently.
Most AI courses stop at tips for a chat window, and the effect fades within a week. Habits change when a team practices on its own emails, documents and processes, with trainers who put agents into production and have seen where they fail.
Training is also how AI spreads without you losing control of it. Once people know what an agent may do alone, what must be checked and which data stays out, they have no reason to improvise with tools nobody approved.
Workshops, online course or awareness talk: which AI training format?
The three formats companies use most, compared on what participants can do once the training is over.
| Criterion | Workshops on your real work | Online course | Awareness talk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Material used | Your emails, documents and processes | Generic examples | Examples from other companies |
| What people leave with | A working agent on one of their tasks | Course notes | A general picture |
| Adapted to your tools and rules | Yes | No | Rarely |
| Data protection and GDPR | Worked on your own data cases | In general terms | Mentioned briefly |
| Follow-up after the session | Yes, on what is running | No | No |
| Best for | Teams that will use or build agents | Self-study, one person at a time | Opening the subject with leadership |
How a program for your teams is priced.
Each program is written around your teams and their tasks, so there is no catalog price per seat. You receive the price in writing before the first session, and it depends mostly on the points below.
Read the AI agent cost guide, with market ranges- 01How many teams, and how many people in each group.
- 02How much preparation on your own tasks and data.
- 03Whether teams build agents during the sessions, and on which tools.
- 04On site or remote, and in which languages.
- 05The follow-up you want once the sessions are over.
AI training: the questions buyers ask us
Who is the AI training for?
For the people who do the work and those who manage it: operations, customer service, finance, sales admin, HR, IT. No technical background is needed. Groups are formed by team, so everyone works on tasks they recognize.
Do participants need to know how to code?
No. The agents built during the sessions use the tools your company already has, or no-code builders your IT has approved. Your technical staff can follow a more advanced track on connecting agents to your systems safely.
Can the training be funded?
It can go through a certified partner training organization, which may open the way to funding, depending on your situation and the program. We look at it with you before the first session, without promising anything in advance: the decision belongs to the funding body.
Which AI tools do you train on?
The ones your company uses or has approved, so what people learn still works on Monday. If you have not chosen yet, we help you compare the options against your data and security rules before the sessions.
Can we use our own documents in the sessions?
Yes, and the sessions work best that way. We agree beforehand which documents and data may be used, anonymize what needs to be, and work in an environment your IT has approved. Nothing is kept after the session without your agreement.
How do we know the training worked?
Each team leaves with a task, an agent and a before-and-after measure of the time it takes. At the follow-up, we look at what is still running and what has stopped, and you receive a short written review.
Your IT and data rules apply in every session.
Security and dataYour data rules come first.
Before each session, we agree on what may be used, and anonymize what needs to be.
Only tools your IT has approved.
Participants work in accounts and apps your IT has already cleared. We install nothing without your agreement.
Taught by people who ship agents.
The trainers build and run agents in production, and every example in the room comes from that work.
GDPR and the AI Act, in practice.
On your own cases, we settle which data must never go into a prompt and what customers must be told when an AI answers them.
A written record for your files.
Program, attendance and materials, handed over to HR at the end.
